The condo had everything we needed. Even though it is not updated everything worked good. The kitchen had everything for cooking. The beds were comfortable. It was unfortunate to not have the hot tub working but the fireplace was warm and cozy. I really enjoyed the warming blankets at night. Having three full bathrooms was a plus too.

Loved this condo. Very spacious, all the amenities we needed to be comfortable. Conveniently located to the market, and walking distance to snow play. Any questions I had were answered quickly, no maintenance issues. It is an older condo, but fit the needs of my family of 5 perfectly.

Property was comfortable and pretty much as advertised considering the cost for the time of year and demand for vacation properties during C-19 craziness. Property is very convenient and close to all the major attractions that Mammoth has to offer. Only 10 mins to the mountain or the lakes make it very convenient. The property is part of an older development and it shows a bit. Overall it’s a nice option especially if you have a pet.

On that note - the stairs are very quiet when you walk up and down them which is great when you have a baby and small kids!! 3 bathrooms is amazing!

Good layout. Could use more lighting in bedrooms. Would be 5 stars if there was not a minor issue with ants in downstairs bathrooms.
Manager response: We apologize about the ants but please do not hesitate to report issues to the office as soon as possible. To give us a chance to rectify the issue.

This was perfect for our family of five and our dog. There was plenty of space, it was very clean and had everything we needed. The management was very friendly and responded quickly to any questions we had. It is an older unit and looks a little outdated but this is not important to us. We went to Mammoth to ski and enjoy the town. It was nice to have wi-fi. Our kids were able to watch a movie at night on Netflix in front of the fire. We were able to ski to the bus stop from our front door in about 5-10 minutes. Everything was so convenient and we would definitely stay here again.

We always appreciate our dog being invited! Beautiful view in back. Minor issues in the kitchen such as broken toaster and lack of some utensils such as corkscrew(not good at the New Year). Overall a nice place.
Manager response: We apologize that the toaster was broken. Please always let our office know so we can replace items and definitely would have given you a cork screw.

The condo was in good condition. It was to bad that you advertised a jacuzzi and we were notified it was broke the day we arrived. It would also be nice to know where the thermostat was in the unit to control the temp. It was too hot at night in the unit. We will be back

This is a spacious 2 level unit that sleeps 8 comfortably. The bedrooms are downstairs and living area on the top floor. You will see a jacuzzi on the balcony but it is not up to code and it is not operational.
Unit bedding arrangements: The master bedroom has a king size bed with the 2nd bedroom having a queen bed and bunk beds. The living room upstairs has a pull out sofa bed, serves as an extra sleeping area.
Unit amenities: The living room and master bedroom has a TV and blue ray players. This unit also offers private secured WIFI and with Sierra Star golf course as your back drop. Perfect after a day of skiing or hiking! a full kitchen where you can cook to your hearts content. Washer and dryer located in the unit.
You will see a jacuzzi on the balcony but it is not up to code and it is not operational.
Complex amenities: It's a short shuttle ride to Eagle Lodge, near Sierra Star Golf course and a short drive into town.
