Traveled with two teenagers and the layout worked great. Plenty of parking and near to shopping, restaurants, etc. I would consider renting this unit again. An area of improvement would be the internet service. We bring our own streaming stick and the speed was challenging. I've rented other condos in the same area that did not have this issue. And to be fair, I would point out that I did not contact the manager about the internet issues. Other than that everything was great.

Typical no-frills rental condo in Mammoth. With three beds and a pull-out couch we slept four comfortably. Plenty of parking and nearby amenities.

My daughter and I enjoyed this condo for the long Presidents Day weekend. Clean kitchen with ample supplies for cooking. Super comfy couch with a nice sized TV. Lighting is not super bright but not a big issue.

Mammoth Mountain Reservations was awesome the property we stayed at Horizon 4 was not we were harassed consistently because we brought our small dog WTH its mammoth everyone has a dog. Will find new property to stay at in the future

I would suggest not even boasting 1.25 bathrooms as the .25 was a small sink in bedroom. The Add was not real clear and even stated one bath and half bath. Respectfully, there truly is one bathroom only. When travelers are looking at bedrooms and bathrooms theyre looking for is there one or two toilets for convenience. This place had ONE toilet, period. You need an extra sink, use the kitchen. In the same breath ~ we learned from this, and did not at all hate where we stayed. It was a great location, we were comfortable and had no issues or problems to report. The only thing is I would be more straightforward with the bathroom situation. So, we are somewhere in between loved it, and not really. We are an all or nothing reviewing family ~ We do not feel comfortable leaving less than 5 Stars. Its on the owner going forward if they will adjust their add to be succinct with bathroom availability truly being just one (1). Happy new year to all!! Thank you.

The condo was nice, however here are some suggestions:More toilet paper and cleaning supplies so we can properly wipe down the counters after eating. Provide starter logs for the fireblankets for the living room, it took a while to warm up the condo. We found a couple blankets in the bedroom but they were very thin.Warmer or thicker comforters. We had to keep the heat on at night because the comforters were thin. Providing down comforters, we wouldnt have needed heat.Apple TV and better speakers for the tv. and the DVD player with old movies is very outdated. If you had Apple TV like a lot of condos now provide we could have signed in with our Netflix, amazon prime accounts.Just some ideas! Overall the place is great and very roomy.

This property worked well for a three guy ski weekend. Comfortable living room and very functional kitchen, no complaints on quality of beds and convenient for skiing. The jacuzzi worked out awesome too.
