Walkable distance to Canyon lodge

This is the perfect location if you want to be walking distance to Canyon Lodge. It's about a 5 minute walk, so it's perfect! The apt was clean and super comfortable! The check out instructions were also super simple, which I always appreciate because it's such a bummer when there is so much to do at the end of a stay when you are trying to get on the road.

older unit but clean and good location. good layout and bed arrangement for our party, 4 adults and 2 kids. nice pool/BBQ area. one problem we had was that all fire alarms were disconnected. we had to call office to re-mount. It would be a concern to rent in winter because of steep access roads

Place was big enough for the four of us. bedrooms were big and comfortable. 1 had a queen bed and a set of bunk beds with plenty of room to move around. TVs were big and newer. Internet worked great. Furniture was comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked but Could use a new frying pan. The one there has seen better days and will stick no matter what you use. You will also need to bring sponges, none there. Hot tub and sauna was a short walk and worked great. For a boarding trip, the location was perfect and the views from the place were awesome. Depending on the size of your car, it may not fit in the garage. Our standard size pickup stuck out and could not close the door. Parking is shared with your neighbor so may be an issue if you cannot close the door. We had a great time and would stay there again.

We had a wonderful weekend at this condo. We spent most of our time on the slopes, and we loved being able to walk to and from Canyon Lodge each night. We left our gear in a locker, which was so convenient. The condo itself is very simple and in need of some minor repair (the end table was missing its glass top, some of the chairs were very wobbly, and the tub drained super slow) but it had everything we needed to cook a good meal in the evening and get a good night's sleep. The beds were nice and firm and so comfy, and there were extra blankets and plenty of towels. The kitchen was fully stocked. The community hot tub and sauna were a nice bonus at the end of the day. And the view from the balcony was gorgeous- watching the sun come up over the mountains was really special. Overall, no frills but a nice and comfortable stay.

This was my first experience with Air B and B. It was great. Everything I wanted. Close to Canyon Lodge...a 5 minute walk. The place was well equipped and had a great view. Thank you for a great time.

Walking distance to Canyon lodge and is a great value for a ski weekend. The beds were a bit firm and uncomfortable but we were not paying for the Ritz so it was to be expected.

This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo has a mountain cabin feel. This year round property is ideal for any large family or multiple families vacationing together. The spacious floor plan and many sleeping options create a great space for relaxing and enjoying after a long day adventuring around Mammoth. New carpet installed as of September 2018

Maximum Occupancy: This unit accommodates 6 people.

Bed Arrangement: The master bedroom has a king bed with a New Flat Screen TV and DVD player. The second bedroom has a king bed plus a set of twin bunks and its own New Flat Screen TV and DVD player. In the living room there is new wall mounted Flat Screen TV and DVD player, plus a sleeper sofa.

Unit Amenities: The full sized kitchen is complete with stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, dishwasher, dishware, and cooking materials! For those cold winter nights, get cozy next to the propane fireplace!

On Site Amenities: Coin operated washing machine and dryers are located in each unit building. MSRC provides a heated pool during the summer and indoor jacuzzi all year. Located in the pool area are BBQ grills. There is also a recreation/game room complete with a pool table, soda machine, and TV!

Views: There are spectacular views of Crowley Lake and the White mountains from the bedrooms and the balcony.

You can walk or take a short drive to Canyon Lodge (apprx ½ a mile) or catch a free shuttle to Mammoth Village (apprx 1 mile) just down the street.

Towels and linens are supplied but extra towels for the pool/jacuzzi are not supplied. There is 1 blanket per bed, please bring extra blankets if you tend to get cold.
Internet is provided as a complimentary service and is not guaranteed. No discounts/refunds will be given for connectivity problems/failure.

Parking: 1 vehicle guaranteed. For 2nd vehicle, it is a first come first serve basis; please check in with office first.

On site management is accessible 24/7 and snow removal is performed as the snow falls for uninhibited access.
