Plenty of space for the kids to play. They loved the bunk beds. The location is quiet and we hardly saw anyone else during our stay. The jacuzzi was also nice to relax in. I would stay here again.

The unit was just as described and more. Tons of games, movies, sleds, cookware. We didn’t need a thing. Great location within walking distance to Canyon Lodge and the highlight was the customer service. We had to reschedule twice due to massive weather conditions and they made it so easy.

Very close to mammoth mountain. It was basically ski in/ski out. if your looking for a place for a group this is a nice location.

This unit sleeps A LOT of people. Lots of beds. Great Location near Canyon Lodge / Right on the Blue Line bus with a stop right next to the unit / Nice vaulted ceilings / Mountainback managers are awesome. They are right on site and very helpful. This unit could use some updating but is still a nice place for a great price.

It’s a beautiful place. Fan is a little dusty but it works. The windows a bit hard to open but the air feels great.

A older but comfortable unit. Bring your own dish soap and fan. It's on the 4th floor so not exactly great for an older person or small child. But, inside was spacious and comfortable! Thank you!<br/>

The cabin was extremely roomy with plenty of pillows and blankets. Plenty of parking on-site. Close to the slopes and the downtown area. The only downside was the showers did not get very hot. I believe management staff may have already fixed this.

Condo was great , roomy and very nice . All positive and 2 negatives that werent too big of a deal . Trash bags were too weak and twice broke and spilled contents in stairwell but luckily my friend who is a contractor had some heavy duty bags and problem was solved . Other than that we had a great stay and would definitely recommend it to others and would definitely stay there again . Thanks, Sebastian

Awesome location, excellent place to stay. The underground parking was a lifesaver in the blizzard we experienced. Walking distance to chairlifts. Would 100% stay again.

I came up here with 10 friends, and we had two queen beds in bedrooms, a twin pullout couch in the living room, and two trundle beds (which separate into 4 single beds) upstairs. We LOVED this place. It has so much light, beautiful woodwork, and is an awesome location. Yes, the walk is somewhat uphill towards the lifts, but we did not mind. It was way better that driving and searching for parking. They gave us two garage spots (which was ESSENTIAL during the snowstorm we were in), and one overflow parking spot. We cannot wait to come back - thank you for providing such a great space to us!

Great proximity to Canyon Lodge. Unit was very clean, full kitchen stocked with all the pots/pans utensils you would need. Comfortable beds, the master bedroom shower is very stylish. Unit has a washing machine and dryer which proved very convenient, plenty of TVs, nice fireplace, with firewood stocked on the balcony. The only thing to warn about is the unit is up three flights of stairs, so if anyone in your party has mobility issues it may be difficult.

We are a group of 10 skiers and snowboarders. We stayed in the house for 2 nights and enjoyed it. It is close to the canyon lodge but still too far to carry ski/snow boards to walk there.

This beautiful 2 level unit with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a loft has everything to make your stay in Mammoth perfect! Unit 40 a spacious property with high ceilings in the open living and dining areas, and in the upstairs loft, creating a nice relaxing, open atmosphere.
Bed Arrangement: Master bedroom: Queen bed, Second bedroom: Queen size bed, loft has a queen size pull out sofa bed, Loft extension: 3 sets of bunk beds that can sleep 6 people!
Television and other consoles: Master bedroom has a new flat screen TV; Loft has a great home theater entertainment system, and a tape and CD player. Note, the owner is aware of the living room sofa. He is hoping to get it reupholstered soon.
Unit Amenities: Wood burning fireplace, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and washer and dryer in the unit available for use!
Maximum Occupancy: This unit can sleep a maximum of 10-12 people
Views: A wonderful view of the Sherwin mountains. Also looks up Lakeview Blvd in the direction of Canyon Lodge.
Walking distance to Canyon Lodge perfect for skiing/snowboarding in the winter and hiking/biking in the summer!
On site amenities: The premises has 6 jacuzzis and 1 swimming pool open in the summer with bbq area!
