This one bedroom and loft has spectacular views of the Mammoth Mountain ski area. It has a full kitchen with new upgraded stainless steel appliances, new cabinets, flooring and paint. New couches and fireplace in the living. The bathroom have been renovated. With a tub/shower combo downstairs and a walk in shower upstairs. The living room has a TV, VCR, and CD player. This condo is close to the pool, two spas, saunas, recreation room, and community barbeques.

Maximum Occupancy: This unit sleeps four people.

Bed Arrangement: The master bedroom features a new queen sized bed. The loft area has a queen and a twin bunk beds.

Unit Amenities: The full sized kitchen is complete with stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, dishwasher, dishware, and cooking materials! For those cold winter nights, get cozy next to the propane fireplace!

On Site Amenities: Coin operated washing machine and dryers are located in each unit building. MSRC provides a heated pool during the summer and indoor jacuzzi all year. Located in the pool area are BBQ grills. There is also a recreation/game room complete with a pool table, soda machine, and TV!

Views: This condo enjoys a view of the Mammoth Mountain Ski Area and the Sherwin Mountains.

Parking: 1 vehicle guaranteed. For 2nd vehicle, it is a first come first serve basis; please check in with office first.

Mammoth Ski and Racquet Club is within walking distance to Canyon Lodge.

On site management is accessible 24/7 and snow removal is performed as the snow falls for uninhibited access.

I loved the layout of the house!

We had such a great time here! We could see people skiing down the mountain from the window, and the balcony had a beautiful view. I loved the layout of the house!
