Amazing views of Mammoth Mountain and near the ski back trail. This condo sleeps 6.

Bedding Arrangement: Queen in the master, queen in the loft and a bunk bed. Unit has a great view.

Living room: Flatscreen in the master bedroom and living room

Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen to cook to your hearts content.

Complex Amenities: This condo is close to the pool, two spas, saunas, recreation room, and community barbecues. Coin operated washing machine and dryers are located on the premises. Mammoth Ski and Racquet Club is one of a very few complexes in the town that hosts a ski back trail that is groomed and maintained by the Mountain.

Special Instructions: There is a hot water switch behind the front door. Please make sure it's on before reporting that there is no hot water in the unit.

You can walk or take a short drive to Canyon Lodge (apprx ½ a mile) or catch a free shuttle to Mammoth Village (apprx 1 mile) just down the street.

Towels and linens are supplied but extra towels for the pool/jacuzzi are not supplied. There is 1 blanket per bed, please bring extra blankets if you tend to get cold.
Internet is provided as a complimentary service and is not guaranteed. No discounts/refunds will be given for connectivity problems/failure.

Parking: 1 vehicle guaranteed. For 2nd vehicle, it is a first come first serve basis; please check in with office first.

On site management is accessible 24/7 and snow removal is performed as the snow falls for uninhibited access.

My friends and I had a great time and would definitely be interested in renting again! The beds were pretty comfy and the house was well-stocked in terms of pots, pans, spices, and other needed items. We were a little disappointed that we could not get the fireplace to work, but we were fine without it for a quick weekend trip. It would have been nice if there was a ski locker or something of that nature. We ended up keeping our skis in the car carrier, which worked out fine rather than carrying them up three flights of stairs anyway.
