This condo has two bedrooms, each with a California king bed and en-suite bathrooms. And it features a private loft with a queen bed and twin bunk beds. The living room also has a twin rollaway bed and a large, comfy L-shaped couch.
In terms of amenities, Mountainback #116 delivers on all fronts! It has two balconies, one of which has a private BBQ. And there’s a washer and dryer in the condo. Located in Mountainback Building 11, it’s a short walk up to Canyon Lodge. Or, you can hop on the free bus to get down to the Village in less than fifteen minutes.

435 Lakeview Blvd
Another beautiful Mountainback property, #40, is one of our largest Mammoth condos for rent. It has queen beds in the master and second bedrooms, a fleet of twin bunk beds (6 beds) in the third bedroom, and a pull-out sofa. The open floor plan means your group of up to 12 people can comfortably mingle between the living room, dining area, and kitchen. And there’s also a balcony off the living room to enjoy the view of the Sherwin Mountains.
As one of our Mountainback properties, this condo is just down the road from Canyon Lodge. You can also easily hop on the free bus from this condo to head down to the Village.
Sierra Park Villas #88
2 bedrooms, plus loft, 3 bathrooms, 8 guests
286 Old Mammoth Road
This welcoming 2 bedroom/loft is perfect for 8 friends or family members looking for a comfortable ski lodge or hiking base camp. The two bedrooms are outfitted with queen beds and their own bathrooms, while the loft has two twin beds and a double, making for a fun sleeping arrangement for kids. There is also a balcony overlooking the pool/spa area.
Sierra Park Villas is in the center of town, across the street from one of our favorite restaurants, Roberto’s Cafe. From this central location, you can easily walk to Vons, or catch a free bus up to the Village or any of the ski lodges.

This two-bedroom loft unit is one of our most popular Mammoth condos for big groups with children. There are two bedrooms with comfortable queen size beds, plus a loft with a queen bed, two twin beds, and bunk beds! Each sleeping area has a bathroom, with separate vanity areas for convenience.
Discovery 4 # 152 has a balcony with dry, seasoned firewood to use in the wood stove. And it's pet-friendly!
Sherwin Villas #69

362 Old Mammoth Road
This Sherwin Villas condo feels like your cabin getaway in the mountains. It has a spacious living and dining area with various recently upgraded features, including a wood-burning stove, flat-screen TVs, and a grill.
Regarding layout, there is a queen bed in the master bedroom, a full bed and two twins in the second bedroom, and a set of bunk beds in the loft. All of the mattresses have been recently upgraded! The living room also has a cozy sectional sofa with a pull-out bed. There is a full bathroom in the master bedroom and another full bath downstairs.
Similar to Sierra Park Villas #88, this condo is located downtown off Old Mammoth Road, giving you easy access to various restaurants.

With cabin vibes and bear-themed artwork, this condo is the perfect place to end a full day of skiing or hiking. And the open layout of the downstairs area, plus the propane fireplace, is a fantastic setting for some quality time together.
Mammoth Ski & Racquet Club is located within walking distance of Canyon Lodge. You can also hop on the free shuttle to take you down to the Village.

The master has its own full bathroom, a bathroom in the loft, and one off the living room.
